Training

We conduct corporate and social training for public & private sector, NGOs and Development agencies. We recognize that learning in a changing world is critical. In our training, we conduct a training needs assessment on the demand and supply side. The demand side is key as it informs the skills required to deliver services to the intended audience or customers. The supply side looks at available knowledge and tools.
We conduct training of trainers(TOT) in our programs to infuse continued organisation learning as a culture.
